Side effects of alfalfa can result in some adverse effects. The main reason for this is because a person’s body may just have an allergic reaction to the alfalfa plant. these allergic reactions can produce stomach aches, inflamed looking skin color, gas as well as diarrhea. Very large doses of alfalfa are also not endorsed due to it also producing some negative side effects. These side effects could include a drop in white and red blood cells.
