I take 6 pills of Omega 3 fish oil, 6 pills of St johns wort, 8 pills of alfalfa, 8 pills of calcium, 4 pills of iron, 2 pills of Vitamin b 12, 2 pills of folate, 2 pills of biotin, and 4 Sam-E pills a day.
i feel sooo good.. like im in a constant state of happiness.. can this be bad?? or no?? there all dietary supplements.
some can be dangerous, yes. You can get an hypervitaminose D, from calcium, and excess of iron makes you really sick. Check with your physician.
